Parker Ibrahim & Berg LLP is pleased to announce the promotions of four lawyers, three to partner and one to counsel. The firm’s new partners and counsel are:

Partners:

  • Tracy DeWitt: As a partner and the Director of Litigation Procedures, Tracy works closely with the heads of the firm’s litigation team in the day to day management of the firm’s East Coast litigation portfolio and the implementation of firm litigation policies and procedures.
  • Rob Pollock: Rob practices consumer financial services litigation and general commercial litigation law. He resolves and litigates disputes for clients in a wide range of consumer lending litigation and enforcement forums.
  • Marissa Edwards: Marissa represents major financial institutions and other clients in complex commercial litigation and class action defense, handling matters involving contested foreclosure, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, among others.

Counsel:

  • Kyle Stefanczyk: Kyle represents financial institutions on a wide range of financial services-related litigation matters.
