Melinda Colón Cox was featured on the Dimensions of Diversity podcast, "Understanding and Celebrating 'Latinx." 

Melinda discussed the work of the Hispanic Bar Association in removing hurdles and increasing representation of “Latinx” individuals within the law community and beyond.

Melinda is a longtime volunteer of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey and served in various leadership roles, including president.
