Amani is a litigator who focuses on consumer finance and commercial litigation. Prior to joining PIB Law, she was an assistant prosecutor with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, where she handled matters from investigation through disposition in the Special Victim’s Unit and the Adult Trial Section.
Marissa is a civil and commercial litigator. She regularly represents major financial institutions and other clients in complex commercial litigation and class action defense, handling matters involving contested foreclosure, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, among others.
