Erica Sweeting is an Associate in PIB Law’s New York office. Before joining the firm, Erica was an associate at Cohen Ziffer Frenchman & McKenna LLP, representing corporate policyholders in complex coverage disputes - notably securing favorable settlement contributions across multi-carrier insurance towers for cyber liability policies. Her background also includes practice at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP and Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, as well as a federal clerkship for the Honorable LaShann DeArcy Hall in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Erica is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She received her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Long Beach.
