Charles Jeanfreau serves as Of Counsel at PIB Law, bringing deep expertise in financial services litigation, complex bankruptcy, and restructuring matters. Throughout his career, which includes experience at prominent law firms such as Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP, Charles has successfully represented major financial institutions and mortgage servicers across federal, state and appellate courts.
Charles is admitted to practice law in the United States Court of Appeals, Second and Third Circuits; New York, Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of New York; New Jersey, District of New Jersey; Massachusetts, District of Massachusetts; Connecticut, District of Connecticut; and Vermont (Inactive). He received his J.D. and master’s degree from New York University and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan.
