PIB Law continues to expand its litigation and corporate capabilities to meet client needs, recently welcoming Emeka Madubuogo, Aladekemi (Kemi) Omoregie and Susan Radzimski to the firm.

  • Emeka specializes in financial services litigation and civil litigation, representing financial institutions, mortgage servicers and corporations in a broad range of matters. He has additional experience in entertainment law and intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark infringement, entertainment transactions, contract negotiations, breach of contract, trademark prosecution, TTAB litigation and copyrights. Emeka also handles name, image and likeness (NIL) work, endorsement deals and contract issues for musicians, podcasters, social media influencers and athletes.
  • Kemi focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial, civil and intellectual property litigation matters. Kemi also handles consumer banking and financial services litigation.
  • Susan advises clients on their corporate law needs, providing contract advice and review, and support on complex commercial transactions and intellectual property litigation matters. Susan also has experience in consumer financial dispute resolution and prevention.
