Neha Rao is a litigation associate who handles all aspects of litigation matters including, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery and handling discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, day-to-day case management and client management.
Prior to joining PIB Law, Neha was Assistant Chief Counsel in the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, where she litigated immigration removal cases before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and Board of Immigration Appeals, advised agency stakeholders and assisted in federal habeas corpus litigation.
Neha holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. from The George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs.
