Jeff is a Partner with PIB Law and focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions in connection with financial services-related litigation matters, including claims of wrongful foreclosure, mortgage fraud and violation of state and federal statutes, and violation of state consumer protection statutes. Jeff routinely represents lenders and services in a variety of mortgage-related litigation, including claims and defenses under the federal Truth-in-Lending Act (“TILA”), Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), and various state consumer protection statutes. Jeff also has substantial experience litigating complex commercial matters including general business disputes, breach of contract claims, products liability and insurance recovery. Jeff regularly practices in state and federal courts in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire.
Prior to joining PIB Law, Jeff was an Associate at Morgan Lewis where his practice focused on financial services litigation and complex commercial litigation matters including general business disputes, breach of contract claims, products liability and insurance recovery.
