Anthony is an attorney with PIB Law and focuses his practice on consumer financial services, commercial litigation, commercial transactions, corporate formation and governance, and real estate. He has significant experience in financial services-related litigation, particularly representing financial institutions, banks, and mortgage companies in state and federal court actions. Anthony has also defended individual and class actions brought under state and federal consumer protection laws.
Anthony is seasoned in a broad cross-section of industries, including finance, hospitality, food and beverage, insurance, and real estate. Throughout his career, Anthony has guided numerous clients through various stages of development, including business entity formation, raising and securing financing, drafting shareholder and partnership agreements, assistance with shareholder and member buy-ins and buy-outs, and litigating basic contract disputes as well as complex litigation matters. Anthony also has significant experience in residential and commercial real estate, including purchases and sales, leasing, and financing. He has successfully navigated both individual and commercial clients through contentious lease disputes, real estate title defects and zoning matters.
Prior to joining PIB Law, Anthony was associated with a multi-state law firm, where he supervised a docket of consumer finance litigation matters and represented mortgage lenders and servicers in REO transactions. Recently, Anthony was a managing attorney in private practice, where he focused predominantly in real estate, commercial litigation and business counseling, with particular emphasis on advising emerging hospitality clients, including restaurants, bars and cafés, in their unique formation, management, and real estate needs.
