Mitch Kurtz, Diane Ragosa and Dan Schleifstein Promoted to Partner Print PDF

PIB Law is pleased to announce the continued growth of the Firm with the promotion of three new partners in the Firm’s Somerset office, Mitch Kurtz, Diane Ragosa and Dan Schleifstein. Mitch, Diane and Dan have been an integral part of the Firm’s litigation department in a broad range of practice areas and have had a significant impact on client services, leadership and overall Firm growth. • Mitch Kurtz has been with PIB Law since November 2013 and focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions in connection with litigation, regulatory and transactional matters. Mitch has been practicing since 1999. He was recognized as a New Jersey Rising Star and has played a prominent role in growing the Firm’s litigation portfolio. Mitch received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University, his Masters from Boston University School of Medical and Dental Health Sciences and his Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University.

• Diane Ragosa has been with PIB Law since March 2015 and focuses her practice on the representation of clients in commercial, business and intellectual property litigation. Diane has been practicing since 2002 and was recognized in 2008 with an inMotion Commitment to Justice Award for her pro bono efforts for domestic violence victims. She has been actively engaged in numerous practice groups at the Firm and plays a critical role in our Class Action Practice. Diane received her LLM from Temple University, Beasley School of Law, her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University, her Master in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University and her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

• Dan Schleifstein has been with PIB Law since September 2013 and focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions in connection with financial services-related litigation matters and labor and employment matters. Dan has been practicing since 2008 and plays a prominent role in our litigation practice. Dan received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Brandeis University.
