Robert N. Pollock

Robert is a Partner with PIB Law and concentrates his practice on consumer financial services litigation and general commercial litigation.

Prior to joining PIB Law, Robert was an associate at Day Pitney LLP where he represented national banks, mortgage lenders, and financial servicing companies in litigation, transactional, and regulatory matters, with a special emphasis on contested foreclosures and bankruptcy proceedings.  Robert also served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office.  In that capacity, Robert was appointed the Legal Supervisor of the Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force, Legal Supervisor of the Counter-Terrorism Unit, Supervisor of the Screening Unit, Supervisor of the Domestic Violence Unit, Assistant Supervisor of the Civil Asset Forfeiture Unit, Appellate Attorney, Somerset County Police Academy Instructor and CLE lecturer.
