Patrick S. Tracey



Patrick is a highly regarded litigator, who most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Litigation for Santander Bank.  In that role, Patrick managed a large litigation portfolio on a wide variety of matters, including IP, class actions and regulatory.  He provided direct litigation strategy and was the key advisor to senior management on government investigations and regulatory issues. Patrick previously worked in private practice at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP and Cooley Manion Jones LLP where he represented clients in Court as well as before regulatory agencies in the areas of litigation, compliance, regulatory matters, product liability, medical malpractice and insurance coverage disputes.  During his tenure at Morgan Lewis, Patrick spent two years at JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA in their Consumer and Community Bank Division in Operations and Investigations.  During that time, he counseled bank executives, management and in house legal advisors on regulatory and compliance matters, and advised on pre-litigation and regulatory matters involving consumer finance issues, mortgage banking and other lending divisions.  Patrick conducted internal investigations to identify breaches of operational policies and procedures and educated internal clients on proactive measures and approaches to reducing risks.
