Maryam is an Associate with PIB Law and focuses her practice on commercial litigation and general liability matters.
Prior to joining PIB law, Maryam worked in the area of Federal Regulation Remediation at Deutsche Bank, where she managed key operating procedures and remedial measures for regulatory compliance, drafted public disclosures, and liaised with core lines of business to ensure accurate analysis and reporting under SR 15-18 and the Dodd-Frank Act. She also conducted reviews and revisions of internal and external communications, including those to the Federal Reserve, interpreted supervisory expectations and regulations, and helped identify risks for the bank. Previously, she represented insurance companies and corporate clients in litigation defense matters including general liability and corporate governance.
