Kenneth is a Partner with PIB Law, and is a member of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Group. He focuses his practice on the representation of clients on intellectual property matters involving software, mobile technologies, automation, medical devices, RFID, and cloud computing. Kenneth’s experience includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications, patent non-infringement and invalidity opinions, and due diligence.
Prior to joining the Firm, Kenneth was an Associate with Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP, where he represented clients in all of the areas described above. Previously, Kenneth was a Patent Attorney at Foley & Lardner LLP, where his practice included patent drafting, prosecution, conducting due diligence, providing pre-litigation support and providing non-infringement and invalidity opinions.
